Mission Statement
High Five Foundation

The High Five Foundation, based in Tualatin, Oregon was established in 2001 and is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.  It is the realization of Wayne Faligowski’s dream to improve the quality of young people's lives.

Through innovative partnerships, programs and special events, along with support from corporate and individual donations, the High Five Foundation embraces a unique opportunity to underwrite the High Five Challenge TV Game Show.  Additionally, the Foundation focuses a significant portion of its resources on developing and supporting programs/partnerships that promote educational opportunities for today’s youth.

  1. Creates opportunities for students to reach their full academic potential and aspire to higher education.
  2. Publicly and systematically promotes  an educational philosophy that values, upholds and honors diversity. 
  3. Inspires students  to realize their roles as vital members of their communities. 
  4. The foundation is a vehicle for accepting gifts, donations and bequests to provide funding  to meet it's objectives.
  5. Individuals and businesses are invited to share in the vision of the High Five Foundation. Gifts may be cash, stock, bonds and property.  A deferred gift may be arranged through a will, life insurance policy, annuity or trust.
